RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving them. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags/wrapping, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

When returning an item, you are responsible for returning the goods to us safely and for any return postage costs. Please make sure your parcel is suitably insured as the goods are your responsibility until we receive them.

Please make sure to mention your order number in your email.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue. Please send us a message with photos of the damaged item(s) as well as the packing materials in which it arrived together with your order number. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please Note: No refunds will be given for refusing delivery, your order will be considered abandoned.

Vintage Pieces

We ask that customers understand that our vintage items are pre-used, one of a kind and might have imperfections. We try to mention bigger imperfections or make them visible in photos. An imperfection can also be what makes a piece unique.  

Please, if you have a doubt regarding the state of the item, contact us and we will happily provide you with more photos. Our goal is that you are happy with your purchase.
